Aangan Rooms provides an online platform to discover and verify student accommodations in Kolhapur.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for verifying the details of any accommodation before making a financial commitment. Aangan Rooms acts as a discovery platform and is not a party to any rental agreements.

4. Not an Agent

Aangan lists properties for discovery. We are not a broker, agent, or party to any rent agreement. We do not handle rent, deposit, or booking money, and we charge students nothing. The accuracy of rent, availability, and facilities is the sole responsibility of the listing owner.

5. Content and Accuracy

While we physically verify properties and take our own photographs, we do not guarantee that the property will perfectly match at the time of your visit. Availability and prices change frequently.

6. Grievance Officer

In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the name and contact details of the Grievance Officer are provided below. Complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days.
